Plastic artist, poet, musician, performer, woman, citizen and recently, mother, Félicia Atkinson is a multi-faceted Parisian artist. Her sound palette is inspired from the history of electronic, concrete music, land recordings and improvisation. Using synthesizers, abstract distortions and infrabass, she approaches subjects like deep listening, cutting, silence, poetic spaces, abstraction and language. She will present her new album “The Flower & The Vessel”, appeared in July 2019, which she composed “with small gestures: record my voice, record birds, a simple melody” as she described in the aim to show how microcosms and macrocosms have become interconnected.
