Through theory, games and sharing experiences, we will exchange our little “tricks” for feeling more at ease, at home or in public places.
We will address the questions in different ways:
What is safety for me?
When do I feel unsafe? And why?
What can I do to feel better?
How should I react to discrimination?
Once again, we will share some of the strategies and verbal defence techniques to be used in the event of sexist and/or racist discrimination.
