Baby Volcano is a Swiss Guatemalan artist. She burst onto the Swiss underground scene like a lava flow with the release of her debut EP, Síndrome Premenstrual (2021). Trained in performance and contemporary dance in Buenos Aires, she stands out with her powerful, sensitive, and avant-garde live performances.
In just two years, she has been featured in the biggest festivals in Europe such as Roskilde, Les Eurockéennes in Belfort, Paléo Festival, Dour Festival, Les Vieilles Charrues, Le Printemps de Bourges, Les Transmusicales de Rennes, Monkey Week, BadBonn KILBI… and more.
In 2024, she once again pushes the boundaries of her art touring festivals in Quebec like Jazz à Montréal, Les fêtes de Québec, La Noce, etc. And a visit to Reunion Island for the SAKIFO festival.
