Chel (Tropical DJipsies)

A born dancer, “womanager”, model, and true hybrid being who remains unidentified, Ash joined Tropical DJipsies under the name Chel in 2022. Thanks to the mixing workshops of her mentor, La Dame au St Klet, she began composing DJ sets drawing inspiration from cultures around the world. Reflecting her musical diversity ranging from downtempo to abstract hip-hop to Afro electro, Chel enjoys transcending different genres and styles.

Invited to play at legendary events like the Ilegaal Feest and Utopia in Seraing, among others, she takes you on a journey of rich electronic sounds, danceable rhythms, and luminous harmonies.
