Ce qui sera / What Will Be (Editions La Partie, 2024), the debut book of Swiss artist and illustrator Johanna Schaible is a gem.
With its original layout, it takes the reader on an infinite journey from past to future and poetically explores philosophical and vertiginous themes like how we measure and inhabit time, the transience of individual moments, and the opportunities afforded by the future.
Led by Johanna herself, the workshop will include different aspects: from reading and discovering the story, you will also learn how it was crafted, and everyone will be able to create their own personalized mini book to take home!
