2. Accessibility

2.1 How are we accessible?

Accessibility varies depending on the venue and event.

You can find your way around:

  • On our website, in the programme. The filters (at the top) will help you easily identify PRM access, activities in French Sign language of Belgium (LSFB), activities accessible to children and childcare facilities.

  • On our website, on the page for each event. When an activity is aimed at a particular audience or requires prerequisites, we indicate this in the description.

We've also included the name of the nearest bus stop (as best as we could, Liège's public transport company TEC can be very creative), and we included a direct link to the venue's page on the website, which provides detailed information on the physical accessibility of each venue.

When it is possible to register in French Sign Language of Belgium - LSFB (video), a Whatsapp number is given.

  • On site, during the festival

On site, yellow signs will indicate specific accessibility facilities (Sign Language/LSFB ticket office, quiet areas, access, etc.).

Members of the team - also in yellow t-shirts - will be available to help you (no queueing, accompaniment to the venue, Sign Language, etc.).

The childcare areas - our Roudoudou Social Club - will be staffed by professional animators, and will have great games for 0 to 14-year-olds.

2.2 Do you have a question or need something in particular?

If you are moving with an accompanying person, or if you have any doubts or questions, you can contact us by e-mail at, or call us (or leave a message) on the following phone number: 0488 93 75 16.

3. Prices, tickets, registrations, refunds

3.1 How our events pricing works

Some events are ticketed, others are free.

  • Ticketed events

For most ticketed events, we offer 3 different prices, which you are free to choose according to your situation and your means, without any justification: a solidarity price (lower - a small gift for you), a medium price, and a donation price (higher - a small gift for us).

Other events are single-price events, but as democratic as possible.

All ticketed events are accessible to Article 27 ticket holders.

  • Pay as you like

You decide how much you pay: the price you think is fair, the price you can afford (even if it's zero), or a donation price to encourage our activities.

Pay as you like can be used online or at the venue in cash, before or after the activity, in a small box provided for this purpose.

Please note: in all cases, we strongly advise you to book your place in advance!

3.2 Is there a festival pass?

No, there is no pass for our festival. The events are organised in venues of varying sizes, which means we can't accommodate you properly with a pass. The different prices and pay as you wish are there to allow you to take part in anything you like (or even everything!) without emptying your wallet.

3.3 Where to buy tickets in advance?

Via our online ticketing service, in person and with cash at Livre aux Trésors in Liège or at the entrance to the event (if there are any places left, of course).

Please note: Article 27 tickets are only available at Livre aux Trésors or on the day of the event (again, subject to availability).

3.4 Will it cost more to get a ticket at the venue?

es: 2€ extra for each paying ticket, except for Article 27 holders.

For the screening of the film "J'avancerai vers toi avec les yeux d'un sourd" by Laetitia Carton on 17 October, the usual Les Grignoux admission prices will apply.

3.5 How can I join the workshops?

The workshops are all free, but only accessible upon registration.

For the "Re-writing traditional songs" workshop, you can also visit our online ticket office, or go to Livre aux Trésors.

For the Kabareh Nomade workshop, contact

3.6 Refunds

We can only refund tickets in the event of cancellation or postponement on our part. If you have booked your place via our online ticketing service, this is done automatically. If you bought it at Livre aux Trésors, please request your refund by writing to :

4. Health and Safety

A charter will be available online (very soon!) and at the festival venues (during!), so that we're all on the same wavelength.

FFP2 masks and hydro-alcoholic gel will be available at the reception of each venue.

Quiet areas will be available on the evenings of 6 and 21 October.

The A nous la nuit collective will also be present on these evenings to support us in keeping the spaces free from harassment, sexist and sexual violence, and our reception teams will always be ready to lend you an attentive ear.

And in general, the Centre for the Treatment of Sexual Violence/Centre de Prise en Charge des Violences Sexuelles (CPVS) of Liège is open 24/7, for medical, medico-legal, psychological, police, legal and/or social assistance. It is located Rue de Gaillarmont 600 (4032 Liège), in the Emergency Department. It can be contacted by telephone on 04/323.93.11 or by e-mail at: We recommend you save these contact details, to take care of yourself and of others.

5. Anything else?

For any other questions or information request, please write to us at We can also be reached - although not all the time - by telephone on 04/257 48 14.
